When you submit a retreat, private experience or partnership form on our website, we collect the information needed to review and respond to your enquiry. This information is used exclusively to evaluate the request and to respond with discretion.
We do not collect sensitive personal details, payment information, or information relating to minors. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

The processing of your personal data is based on your explicit and freely given consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR), which you provide when submitting our contact or application form. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.

We retain your personal data for a maximum of 12 months from the date of submission, or until you request its deletion, whichever occurs first. After this period, your data will be securely deleted from our systems.

Alma Privé uses a single functional cookie to remember the cookie preference. This cookie contains no personal information and is strictly necessary to honour the choice made. We do not use advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking cookies. No information is shared with external services through cookies.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties. Enquiry details are accessible only to the Alma Privé team directly involved in evaluating each request. Forms are handled by our self-hosted PHP handlers on Hostinger; we do not use a third-party form or email marketing platform.
